This project consisted of 12 amenity houses for the elderly and was managed on a design and build contract. The main frame was constructed in timber frame with split face stone and render. The ground floor apartments were fully DDA compliant with wet rooms. The rear gardens were fully landscaped, with drying areas. The project duration was 30 weeks completed within program and budget.
