Reserving your new home
A reservation fee is taken £500-£1500 depending on the specific development. This is non- returnable.
A detailed reservation form, will be completed by the Sales Adviser and a copy issued to the customer.

Dickie & Moore solicitors (Campbell Riddell Breeze Paterson) will then forward legal missives to the customer’s solicitors and missives should be concluded after 14 days. On conclusion of said missives a deposit is due to be paid by the customer (typically between 2-3% of full value of the house) and a proposed date of entry is set.

When the final account is rendered by Dickie & Moore Ltd., prior to occupation, the reservation fee and deposit are deducted.
