This modern building was constructed for Greenock Wanderers RFC, who were established in 1873 and are one of Scotland’s oldest rugby clubs. The clubhouse was part of a development of 14 luxury flats at Octavia Court, Greenock.

The 2 storey building contains changing facilities, bar and function suite and a multi purpose hall and was completed in a contract period of 36 weeks. The structure is a steel frame with precast concrete floors. The external walls are a combination of rendered masonry, pre-cast stone, cedar cladding and curtain walling. The clubhouse was formally opened by HRH Princess Anne.
