The contract for Kelvinside Academy, Glasgow, comprises the construction of a modern sports pavilion over 2 floors overlooking the external sports pitches. The structure is a steel frame with precast concrete floors. The external walls are a combination of rendered masonry, facing brick, eternit panels and curtain walling.

The pavilion contains male and female changing rooms, staff and special needs changing facilities, medical room, toilets, kitchen, top floor multi-purpose room and viewing galleries. The facility is fully DDA compliant and represents a milestone in the development programme of the Balgray playing fields development programme.
