A former industrial site on the edge of Maryhill adjacent to the Science Park in Glasgow.
The development consisted of 39 units. 25 flats and 14 terraced houses. The flats were a traditional structure with precast concrete floors. The 2 storey terrace block was a timber frame construction with a pitched roof.
The flats had the benefit of an underground car park, passenger lift and amenity deck.
