Works comprised the construction of a bedroom annexe to the Piersland House Hotel in Troon, directly opposite the world famous championship golf course. The hotel was originally built in 1899 by Sir William Leiper as a family home for the Johnnie Walker whisky family.

The new Pavilion is a timber frame built structure which incorporates some of the period details and materials of the original building, clad in white render, with hardwood sash and case windows, slated roof and timber balustrading.

The contract included a full fit out of the bedrooms including new partitions, suspended ceilings, plumbing and sanitary ware, tiling and electrical installation. External works included alterations to access roads, landscaping and services mains connection.
