Dickie & Moore have recently completed a 54 bedroom extension including upgraded reception and providing a new retail space on the ground floor for Costa Coffee.

Works involved piling and drainage diversions. The building has been constructed in a structural steel frame over 2 floors with a concrete transfer deck and a 4 storey timber frame, works involved full internal fit-out and co-ordination of clients directs and furnishings.

The Hotel was fully trading throughout the project with close co-ordination with Hotel management on a daily basis . Temporary fire escapes and walkways were constructed and secure metal hoarding around the perimeter of the site.

The client accelerated the program by 3 weeks and was successfully handed over on program.
